This is what I ordered: "Stirling Engine Kit Mini Hot Air Motor Model Educational STEM Toy Science Experiment Kit" What I got, looks like the product on the photos, but it is fully assembled, with a useless set of cables.

I placed an order for the right-side cabin door for the FLISHRC FL500 Air-wolf Pro 500-Class Huge Scale model. When they sent me a photo for confirmation, it turned out they were about to send the door for the opposite side. Just finished assembling their se-01 model & wasirritated at losin̈g one of the tiny grub screws. Wtote to them suggesting they include some spares in the kit through a series of extremely polite & responsive emails with them. Delighted to get their interest. One makes suggestions to other companies but never hears back.

My experience with the seller Stirlingkit has been excellent. I specifically had to deal with a lost package; they replied to my email immediately and worked to assist me within 24 hours. Within a few days, my lost package arrived via DHL—though do note that importing from a non-EU country entails higher customs fees and, of course, VAT. Proof of purchase and payment is required... When you buy an engine you are notified of the shipment and tracking and it is also insured and garenteed to be delivered. The service personnel are also terrific for spare parts if needed Mona and Martin give great service.
