My experience with the seller Stirlingkit has been excellent. I specifically had to deal with a lost package; they replied to my email immediately and worked to assist me within 24 hours. Within a few days, my lost package arrived via DHL—though do note that importing from a non-EU country entails higher customs fees and, of course, VAT. Proof of purchase and payment is required... The shipment arrived undamaged and in good condition. A big thank you to Stirlingkit.
