I order the headers for the Toyan v800…
I order the headers for the Toyan v800 WGPC engine and they haven't shipped them yet so i sent a message to Martin and he said with the high deman for the headers they will make more and ship them out to me next week.I have got 3 gas engine from them and no problems.

I purchased a Toyan FS800 gas V8. It arrived in a reasonable timeframe. I didn’t build it immediately and in the meantime upgraded connecting rods and rockers bolts were shipped to me automatically. Once I assembled the kit over a year later I noticed it was missing a few parts. Mona was great to work with and soon I had the needed parts. The engine runs very well and I will likely purchase the LS V8 soon…. Very happy

Very poor lack of communication
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor shipping. I placed order # 56106 a week ago. At that time I received a email that this order was on its way with a usps tracking number. The only thing done was a label created and nothing shipped. To make things worse no one will answer my questions about this order. Stirlingkit if you read the review don’t just say contact service because they do not answer. I want real truthful answers about this order!

I bought an engine but unfortunately some of the accessories were missing. I contacted Stirlingkit and Mona in customer service was straight on my case and promptly supplied the missing parts. All in all a great service and the model engine I bought is top quality.

I have been dealing with Stirlingkit for a few years now and have purchased 6 different engines and quite a few spare parts. Delivery has always been great considering I live in Australia. Takes a couple of weeks but you can track your package the whole way. Customer service in most cases is great, I tend to contact the same people for advice. All have been great to deal with.
Damaged shippment
Recently I received a shipment from Sterlingkit that was crushed in shipping. After emailing pictures and a description of what had happened I received a response back with in a few days. The representative Mona informed me that they were as disappointed as I was over the damage. I have since been informed that a replacement is on the way. Thank you for such awesome and professional service!
