Okmo R18 engine broken parts on arrival.
I received a Okmo R18 engine from Stirlingkit, the package arrived on time and undamaged. On opening the package I found the brass water tank had snapped off, and the slide valve oil cup had fallen out. I contacted Mona at Stirlingkit via email with photos, Mona responded after checking with the technicians at Stirlingkit to say sorry for the problems and that the oil cup is a press fit, and a replacement water tank will be sent to me. Mona was quick to respond, polite, had answers for the problem. (As do the other customer service people at Stirlingkit)
