Still waiting for a refund on lost shipment
Still waiting for a refund on a purchase made over 2 months ago and one month past the delivery date. The product has been in the USA for over a month, yet being told it’s a customs issue. I don’t believe it! I use AliExpress and they give refunds when over a month has passed since delivery date, but they have delivered ALL purchases so far.

Promotional Deal Mix-Up that Customer Service Remedied
I had an issue with a promotional deal that promised a free battery with a discount for a product on sale. I received the product in very good condition, but the free battery was missing….. I contacted customer service and received outstanding support and sincere apologies for the mix-up. They are now working on getting that free battery shipped to me…..Thank you!
