All looks good but the response time to support is extremely poor. I have written multiple times on some queries but there is no response. I wanted to subscribe to one of the long term plans and wanted to enquire about it but nothing.

For payment, or billing enquiries, Apple Support and Google Play Support are also available, as payments are processed by their respective platforms.

Support can you fix my login issue for real?
Hi,
I already tried everything to login but it's impossible, when clicking on the sign with Google button in the app nothing happens. It might be that a server-side session already exists tied to my Google account (hence notifications), but the OAuth token exchange between my phone and the app is failing silently after reinstall.
Since you dont read emails sent to support and you only reply with the standard email to everybody ( what a support you are providing for an app in 2026!) you should manually terminate/reset all active sessions tied to my account server-side otherwise I cannot login anymore.
And no I didn't create another account.
For everybody else reading this review this is the kind of support you are gonna get when something doesn't work with this app:

Fakery
Look, if you look at it at face value it's quite the smoke screen they have going on there.
But if you pay attention enough you'll see that it's a lot of BS with AI postings that look like people and so on and so forth.
For instance; If you subscribe to their site you will get bombarded with chat messages from "customers". I took a screenshot of a chat message that was sent to me today thinking I could post it here but I don't see how to do that.
But it's a chat message with somebody gushing about how amazing the site is and how much money they've made and then they ask a question about what they should hold or what they should do before the SpaceX IPO... Today's July 13th and the IPO happened two weeks ago. There's a lot of that kind of stuff going on. And I mean a lot of it.
I joined and wasn't able to enter the chat room for some reason. I wonder why? Oh it's not real... I reached out to support several times to see if they could fix the"problem" But they were never able to do so well the only back out to me once. And I responded with what they needed and never heard from them again several times

To clarify, you must subscribe to receive signals and enter the chatroom.
Also SpaceX IPO post was a short-term trading signal, members received the full cycle with ideal entries and exits.
We bought at $135 and sold at $220 approximately one week later.
We also shared the complete IPO-cycle outlook:
1) an initial rise during the first few trading days,
2) a potential decline after 1 week as early interest fades,
3) and a possible recovery roughly 3 months later as the market absorbs early volatility and insider lock-up dynamics.
Long-term investors will receive a reminder when it is time to reassess a possible entry.

Worst customer support ever
impossible to comment, impossible to login. Inexistant customer support they have a standard email they send and then nothing! they keep saying you create a second account by "accident", sure, and then you cannot access the app anymore. Or they say to logout but you cannot since you can't even LOGIN!! If they would just take the time to READ the text of the email they'll understand but the app has no basic support for its users?

Tried to sign up. The only way is to use the app. On the subscription page and click on the plan i want and it comes up with in-app purchases are not allowed. contact is worthless no help. this must be a scam.

It could be that you haven't set your profile with the Play Store/Apple Store, they are in charge of managing payments, for everyone's safety.
Here are some possible reasons:
-> In-App Purchases are disabled in Screen Time or parental controls.
-> The user is using a managed work/school device (MDM) where purchases are blocked.
-> Restrictions are enabled on the Apple ID.
-> The user is not signed in to the App Store with a valid Apple ID.
-> There is a payment method or billing issue on the Apple account.
-> Temporary App Store or iOS issue requiring a restart or re-login.
Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you see with [email protected] ?

Horrible app and inexistent customer support
The app sucks big time, constant lagging and notifications are not working. Impossible to interact and ask questions, but what is even worse is that there's no customer support at all! Try to contact them and you'll receive no help whatsoever nor explanations. Regarding the signals when you 30 signals on 30 stocks its statistically easy to score some wins, the rest is lost. I'd not recommend this app, use others!
Update at 26/6: reached out via email and social multiple times and no reply. Now it's impossible even to login. Seems like they take your money and you cannot use the app, stay away!
