I contacted you twice on a problem I had and both times you responded so quickly. I’m enjoying thinking about the past and writing my stories for our daughter and grandkids. I’m behind on my writing and admit I feel like I have ( homework not done)at times🤣

I think that family history is very important and Storyworth is a very good way to stimulate us to take action and relate our stories rather than our family wishing that we had after our death.

It is a good habit to write down memories for the next generations. What a lot of us mean to do, then don't.

I enjoyed receiving new questions each week. It was fun and emotional to relive each story I wrote. I hope that my family will enjoy reading it . Especially my grandchildren when they get older and I'm no longer here.

It’s my Monday morning relaxation. In the beginning I was having trouble with my phone. Sometimes it would be easy.?sometimes I couldn’t figure out how to send my story back to you since I’m not great on my phone. But now that seems to be worked out.

I totally recommend Storyworth

I totally recommend Storyworth! It gives you the opportunity to document your experiences of life. By using their story questions, or your own, you can write about anything you wish. It’s fun, and I consider it a terrific hobby. It’s also nice that they have correction options for spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. 5 star for sure!

SO WORTH IT!

I had quite a bit of trouble with the app (most likely due to my dying computer :-{ ) and your staff was amazing helping me along the way! I spoke and emailed to your helpdesk many times and got everything solved! Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, polite and had the same sense of urgency that I did. My husband was incredibly happy with his special gift! Thank you!

I have been using Storyworth for about 8 months. My daughter wanted me to document my views on several questions she posed. I feel overall this will be a useful process - it allows her to get to know Dad better. I'm going to be 80 soon (this year ) so the clock is ticking. Recently I contacted customer support at Storyworth about adding photos to my project. They were prompt, informative and helpful. Overall this project has been a great worthwhile experience. Once I complete my project - it gets printed in a book form that my daughter will treasure (hopefully). Felix Fernandes
