I never realized how many true and wonderful memories were hidden from my view until I started to search my mind, and oh, did they start to fill my mind and the pages of my book. If no one ever read a page, it was worth the time, just because I enjoyed myself so much.

You’re able to tailor make it to answer the questions you want to. The staff is exceptional on responding to emailed questions.

The company offers assistance and generally makes adjustments well. It is a little difficult to find previous stories and questions at times.

Writing my stories made me think back about my youth and formative years more than I ever had. The only problem was that I didn't realize that I could change the questions until I was just about finished. When I was finished with my story and read it all, I realized I left out several very important aspects of my life. However, I was very pleased with the experience. It was great.

The gratifying process is the outcome. Family members are reading my stories and commenting on the stories they remember and sharing what’s news to them.
