Order came quick. Was wrong size. Sent request for a refund and realized I needed the shirt sooner. Emailed and asked to change for refund. Got a response next morning that they changed the status. Ordered a new shirt and it’s already on the way. 10/10 experience ! And the clothes are sick too
Straight to Hell apparel is my most favorite clothing company of all time! The quality of their products is the very best! Misleading information on the website…
Misleading information on the website regarding shipping times. Wasted $45 on expedited shipping for an order that didn’t process immediately and didn’t arrive in time. Customer service incredibly poor, defensive and failed to take responsibility or ameliorate the situation. Will never buy from this company again.

I don't remember what I bought. But im sure it was great.
I ordered a shirt and it is beautiful, high quality. I sized up a bit too large (based on the model pics) and while it's actually true to size and a bit too big, I opted to keep it and I love it. Shipping was average, not fast, but not slow, either. I'd definitely order from STH again.
