Would have initially given 4 stars, only based on the speed of shipping, and the quality of the gloves themselves. But then the zipper broke—and thats when STH stepped up their game. A real human emailled me, and within a day of me sending photos of the damage, a second pair was dispatched. They could have easily had me mail the gloves back for inspection, offered store credit, or worse (I have dealt with companies with significantly more costly items that do not operate with such grace). Glad to see they stand by their product and replace a defective item immediately. Bravo

Bought glasses twice. Falcon and Bob Dylan glasses, both are wonderful in everyway. The glasses are stylish and sturdy as described, one pair I've been using for over a year and liked them so much I bought the bob dylan glasses when they came back in stock. Shipping was super quick w USPS tracking. Sunglasses can be so expensive its nice to find some that are high quality without paying hundreds of dollars. Additionally these have an undeniable classic/traditional appeal, recommended for any stylish people who want to celebrates themselves a little bit evryday:)
