Alexis is without a doubt the sweetest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. She is always so warm and caring I feel so fortunate that she is working with me on my bill consolidation loan. Truly a great person. I wish ALL customer service people had her knowledge and informative way about them. Again I could have gone elsewhere but because of Alexia I wanted to stay with Brice. Thanks for explaining everything to me and making sure I was doing the right thing for me. I just love that girl 🩷

Nicole was very polite
Nicole was very polite, patient and kind answered all my questions ,I am a senior citizen and do not understand a lot she took her time , She did not give me any impression that I was annoying her. We need a lot more young people in the world that care about older people. Remarkable young lady !!! “SHE DESERVE A RAISE!!!”

goes above and beyond, takes job seriously.
Sean my strategic consultant, was very helpful, and took care of me through the initiation process. He made sure all my questions were answered and doubts squashed. There are allot of reviews saying this is a scam, but if you actually learn about the process and understand debt settlement, then you will realize that this program is great value for your money. I can be 4 or 5 years down the line in the same sinking ship I am now drowning in high interest rates, but because of strategic consulting they are putting money back in my pocket and showing me that theres light at the end of this 4 year tunnel. Would recommend this program for people who are struggling to pay off high interest credit cards or unsecured loans.

Level One Presentation
The only issue I see is the level one presentation should be completed by the customer service team via either Zoom or MS Teams. The presentation should be completed before the Notary comes to get paperwork signed. The presentation should not be completed by the Notary. That way you are hearing from the customer service team and not someone not familiar with Level One.

Mandella talks on my level but has a backbone of steel to help protect me
Mandella was very personable and easy to talk to. he made certain that I understood fully what I was getting into and what the coming months may look like. No question was below him. He treated all questions the same. He empthasized that he would be there with me every step of the way and never be afraid to call for even something I may think is minor. He told me he is there for me and to take over my concerns about that debt, I just needed to focus on getting my life back on track and getting my payments in on time. Definitely a trustworthy soul.
Never too late to reach out for help
I never thought at 55 years old and counting one hand that I would be needing the services of Strategic Consulting for helpwith my finances. But here we are. Aubreey Flores, Senior Financial Consultant, has been so important in helping me get through this time. From my very first call, to explaining the program, to answering all my questions, and explaining the paperwork I was receiving. Even more important, returning my phone call right away when I was stressed, panicked, doubting, etc. that this would be the right move for me. Aubreey assured me that she would be there every step of the way and is always available to help. And she has been. It has been a very unsettling time and uncharted territory for me to navigate through. Strategic Consulting Rocks
My experience has been great using strategic consulting to handle my debt so far. I just started, but working with Steve Francois, my Financial Consultant, has been enlightening for me! I now have a plan in place, and I can feel more secure about my potential outcome. Steve was very real with me. He also listened to me. He understood my predicament and my concerns. My Financial Consultant, Steve Francois, provided me with excellent customer Service and a real human experience!
