Cambridge is really easy to work with
Cambridge is really easy to work with. Anytime I had an update or question, I would just email or call them. They explained how the program worked and what to expect. Instead of paying several accounts each month I just paid them and they would send checks out to my accounts. Before I knew it accounts were being paid in full. It was a great feeling.

Cambridge Credit helped us get out of debt
Cambridge Credit helped us get rid of our debt. We are now debt free. Their information on the website is very helpful. Their customer service is great. They reviewed our account every month to make sure everything was still on track. Don't get me wrong, it was tough, but after sticking to the plan and watching the budget we made was worth it. We now know how to manage our money better. Thank you.

Very good experience
It was so easy to get my debt paid off by making 1 monthly payment. I received a monthly statement from Cambridge showing all the payments dispersed. They were extremely easy to work with, even when I had to call to get other accounts added later. Cambridge talked to my creditors so I didn’t have to, and most changed my interest to 0%.

I called Cambridge credit today, hoping to get into a DMP, and found a wonderful customer experience! The counseling from Yassine was absolutely amazing! He was clear and concise. He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions very thoughtfully. He expressed kindness and empathy to my reasons for needing this service. A true pleasure to work with. Fantastic service skills, very efficient! I knew when to expect paperwork and a call back. A good way to pay off major credit card debt
About five years ago I noticed an ad for Cambridge Credit online from AAA. I decided to look into what they had to offer. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was over $60,000 in credit debt at the time. In April I sent in the last payment. Everything worked as they said it would. I likely would have had to declare bankruptcy otherwise. Now I have good credit again because I did actually pay off the entire debt but at a reasonable interest rate.

Easy and so helpful. Cambridge worked with a creditor to make a payment affordable and bring down interest rate. I was able to pay off in 4 years. I would definitely recommend.

I called to ask some questions. And they don't give no answers or sound like they're laughing at you when you're asking for information. So far bad business you are wrong since one person says April and other say march

We are happy to assist you with joining our program, but in order for any counselor to create a debt management plan for you, we must have accurate account information. You had initially inquired about enrolling in our debt management plan in April but declined to do so at that time. You recently contacted our office to ask if you could begin a debt management plan in June. You spoke with one of our Counseling Managers, who tried to help you understand that the account balances you had provided to our counselor in April were no longer accurate, and she just needed to verify the current balances with you. (Even if you don't make charges on an account, the bank that issued your card will assess interest and/or finance charges that result in changes to your balance.) Our Counseling Manager had confirmation from a recent credit report that your account balances had, indeed, changed since April, but you didn’t want to make the updates with her. She is happy to discuss your account moving forward, but please understand that lenders and state regulators require us to use accurate information when submitting your accounts for a debt management plan. Like you, we want your accounts to run smoothly, and the information we're requesting is absolutely needed. UPDATE 06/12/25 You began speaking with one of our counselors in March, but your start date was originally set for April 14th. Our counselors are happy to provide the information needed and answer your questions.

Cambridge has been an incredible help to our household. We just paid off our debt, and we cannot express enough how much we appreciate them. Unfortunately, I had to add another credit card debt that I built up during the COVID period, but they were very kind and extremely helpful. They made the process very easy.
