I originally used Strong for my initial VA loan, and when interest rates dropped, there was no question about who I’d trust for my refinance. They saved me big money, and the process was seamless from start to finish. This company is led by Roger Jones, whom I have known for over 35 years. We attended the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) together, and his exceptional leadership is reflected in every member of his staff. You can tell the "Brother Rat" spirit of looking out for one another is baked into the culture of this firm. I want to personally recognize my Loan Team: Brandon (Loan Officer): He is a true advocate for the client. He worked tirelessly in my best interest, and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication. Thomas: A huge thank you for your assistance during the refinance process. Your attention to detail kept everything on track. If you are a veteran or anyone looking for a lender that operates with honesty and precision, look no further. I queried three different lenders and not only got a loan a full basis point lower than Rocket mortgage proposed but got it the first pass. I've sent Mike's information to friends and family who might be looking to refinance - the BEST experience ever - and I think it was completed from start to finish in less than 2 weeks! This is the 3rd time I have purchased a home and my first with Strong Home. I can say without a doubt that this was by far the best experience I have had with the mortgage process. Gordon was responsive from day 1, expertly answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. As I was finalizing my offer, the seller wanted a very aggressive, closing date, and Gordon made it happen! In fact, we are cleared to close 10 days early. If I ever refinance or buy another home, my first call will be to Gordon.
