I bought a Chanel bag for my niece to take back to London. Didn't expect such an easy and professional process from a seller on Carousell. Actually purchased directly from the website but it was nice to have an interaction with Ronica beforehand on Carousell. I told her that I needed it before the estimated delivery date and she was kkind enough to arrange for a pick up directly at the office.
