Customer service experience was less than satisfactory. Shipping dates kept getting changed and I had to request updates multiple times. Then the packages were not shipped in the manner requested--individual for shipping.
I have been searching for a personalized vase for a wedding gift... stumbled upon Successories and then a live chat with Derek who helped me design the most beautiful gift for my nephew!! Derek helped me understand the process, the font and even helped give me options of logos to use! So so grateful for Derek's help and super excited to see the finished product!!!
Product, service, and price were great. Very happy.

Service awards are great, just like the customer service!

Everybody that i was in contact with were very helpful.
The person I talked to before ordering was personable and gave me great information. The item ordered came as expected. It just took a little longer to arrive than I had thought.
Just a wonderful product.
Great service and quick response time! I made changes to my billing address and they were quick to resolve the issue. my order shipped fast as well! Product quality is great.
Jake Marcotte has supported me over the past three years, and he has consistently made the entire process effortless. The awards products we’ve purchased have been exceptional in quality. Thank you, Jake, for making everything so easy.
Good quality of product. Great packaging. Delivered on time.
I have always enjoyed the inspirational posters from Successories when I worked in College Admissions since the 1990s! Today, working in HR, I appreciate the "work anniversary" awards available to HR professionals who want to show their employees that they are valued. Thank you!
Great products and our rep, Jake, is always a joy to work with!
Very easy to order on the website. thank you
Great customer service and product quality. It's great working with this reliable company!
I accidentally broke a curved glass award given to my friend by the mayor. I was so relieved to know I could replace it with the same logo and wording as the original. The product and service are superb and I am very glad to have found them.
