Don't go near them. We paid Success Resources thousands of dollars for Tony Robbins tickets, an event which was cancelled. As per their own Terms and Conditions customers should be receiving a full refund. However they have made no refunds, disabled their phone lines, and will not reply to any emails.
Has anyone taken legal action to get their money back for the postponed UPW Birmingham event?
DO NOT USE Complete scam, refused refunds despite the dates changing for the Tony Robbins Birmingham show. I am now dealing with trading standards and seeking legal assistance.
success resources are scammers. do not give them money. they cancelled the tony robbins show i paid for and then wouldnt refund the money. they stole my 2000 dollarts. they dont answer their phone. they dont respon to emails. they are crooks. when you comment on theor social media posts they iuse fake accounts to contrdict you and m ake positive comments. do some reasearch. they do it all over the world
Complete scam!! These people will completely ignore u as soon as they hear the word refund. no one is taking calls or emails or responding at all. I paid around £2000 in march 2020 for a course taking place with Sandy Jadeja in July 12-13th. The course never happened and no one has contacted me or replied to any of my emails. they just want ur money they are a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
We purchased tickets for both the Date with Destiny which was cancelled in in April 2020 and the UPW In September 2029, which was also cancelled. We have on many occassions requested refunds and have be3n told we are not entitled to a refund. They now don’t respond To emails apart from automated reply or answer calls. We are now taking legal action against success resources under Australian consumer law.
I have attended several Success Resources events, travelling interstate for them and it is extremely upsetting that they refuse to refund for the UPW event Sep 17-20. you cannot make a virtual event as a substitute, shouldn't be able to force that change atleast. even when notifying Success resources that I am blind and cannot really partace in a virtual event still the answer is NO to a refund. also funny that they have changed the wording of their refund policy since this has become an issue through COVID-19
Does anyone one know if there is a class action against Success Resources Australia? I want to join it. Incredibly bad customer service, no one answers calls or emails. I paid for Date with Destiny which was cancelled in April 2020 and rescheduled for September 2020 then cancelled again and rescheduled for April/May 2021. They claim the terms and conditions of purchasing a ticket allows them to change dates as they please but will refund if the event is cancelled not if it’s postponed.
I requested a refund and was told I couldn't get one. Was not even advised of the Money Back Guarantee option. I think this will badly damage Tony Robbins reputation in Australia.
Worst company I came across with. Corporate greed to its max. These guys are not be trusted they take your money and then good luck trying to get your money back if event is canceled. 100% money back guarantee they make is a joke or better say a scam.

I've requested a full refund for the upcoming Tony Robbins UPW event in Sydney from these guys multiple times and have been blocked from commenting on FaceBook as they obviously don't want to deal with me. Can't be trusted.
Have spent over 10k with this company. Never again. They have the worst customer service and ethics of any company I have ever transacted with. Sucess Resources is unethical, money hungry and not to be trusted. Would leave zero stars if that was an option.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from SR. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund, however, it's only met with a generic response for the SR team.
They have rejected all claims for a refund and have tried to change the terms and conditions I signed at the event to updated ones stating now the event can be held in anyway. Looks like they haven't changed from when they went to court in 2018 and now have more court cases pending against them. Do not buy from this company
Scumbags canceled the firewalk event and are trying to pass a podcast off as the same thing. Do not buy from these. No refunds off these guys.

Cannot get a refund I’m not sure why they thought a virtual seminar would be an option as I didn’t pay $$$ to sit in front of my computer. Tony Robbins I’m extremely disappointed that you are allowing this to go ahead and Success Resources you need to stop changing your refund policy every 5 minutes, I’m not sure how this is legal!! I will never deal with you again.
Like everyone else I have had no response to my request for a refund for the UPW 2020 event from Success Resources. I am a 3 x times Firewalker and completed all of Tony's programs. The Firewalk gets everyone into "peak state" and sets people up for the rest of the event. It is beyond me that Tony Robbins is willing to damage his reputation in Australia by not providing refunds to an event that he cannot deliver. Shame on Tony Robbins and shame on Success Resources!!
Like everyone else leaving these bad reviews of SR, I have had no luck in getting my money back. So now started legal proceedings. Unlike SR other booking agents have ALL given refunds to those wanting their money back. Has anyone else started started legal proceedings? If so what stage you at? Maybe worthwhile doing a group action. It would certainly help those in other countries. Thoughts?
