What people say

These reviews could ruin you

Event dates and format have been changed and no longer suits. These is note what my contract was for and therefore my contract has been voided and I am entitled to a refund as I have not received my side of the agreement. SR have refused to issue a refund. SR, you are likely to get very little business when prospective customers read these reviews. Do the right thing and practice what Tony preaches.

Great way to get your customers offside

I will not be buying anything associated with Success Resources again unless I am refunded my UPW2020 tickets. This organisation clearly does not practice what Tony Robbins preaches on stage. I have been to the 2018 and 2019 events and taken people with me to each. At each event, Tony makes it clear that one of the most important rules in business is The customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I wrote to Success Resources to request a refund as I do not want to attend an online event. I bought 2 additional tickets so I could bring along friends, so they could also get something out of the live event. My partner also bought 3 tickets. Collectively we have spent almost $4,000 for the 2020 event alone. Success Resources sent me a generic response 4 days later. I then emailed again on 19 August, providing further information and reasons why the online event is not what I paid for. Despite receiving an acknowledgement email saying they would respond within 3 days, I have still received no further response - 12 days later! This is completely unprofessional and poor form considering what they are selling. No phone communication is possible ad their office is closed, and while I understand that everyone has had to change their approach because of COVID-19, I don't accept that they are completely unable to take phone calls. My organisation in Sydney has 90% of staff working from home, but you can still call us and speak to someone. Success Resources operates in Pyrmont, Sydney, not in Melbourne. And why haven't calls been forwarded to a mobile number? Other organisations have worked out how to do this, so why hasn't 'Success Resources' been able to work it out? SR's focus appear to be solely on making money. Despite my emails which set out why the online event is not what I signed up for, I continue to receive more emails trying to get me to buy tickets and telling me the tickets are selling fast. What I know from attending the last 2 UPW events is that this is all hype - the 2018 event was not sold out. The 2019 event was even sparser. While I was a supporter of these events as a way of transforming the self, the approach of Success Resources has gotten me offside. Where are the personalised calls from SR trying to get me to sign up for more events and trying to sell me coaching? If you have time for these, surely you have time to contact each of your customers to see what their needs are now during this pandemic, and offering something which actually suits their needs, rather than trying to salvage your profits by not refunding tickets for an event which can no longer be offered as advertised. I will also be taking this up through Consumer Affairs, as well as signing the petition that Abbie Burr has started on change.org

Just dreadful in every way

Just dreadful in every way. Greed, lack of empathy, failure to listen and tardy responses. Computer says NO every time. I booked a ticket for UPW at a cost of £2225. In April I received a text message that stated the event had been postponed due to Covid and I must pick one of three options.. 1. Accept new date in October 2. Book for 2021 date 3. Book another success resource event I had another engagement for the October date so I asked for a refund. I was told NO. I asked again several times and kept being told NO. The company stated that the event had been postponed rather than cancelled. They never addresses the points in my emails and at one point even suggested I review why I had booked the UPW in the first place as my mindset needed work. I couldn’t actually believe they wrote that. After several months of getting nowhere, I changed my October plans and decided to accept the October date with the intention of turning up on day one and asking for the full refund as part of the 100% money back guarantee. It was then I received another email to say that the October event was now virtual! £2200 for a virtual event which they were selling for £395!! I once again wrote and said I would like a refund and received a very poor email saying it was important I understood the event hadn’t been cancelled, it had now been postponed to 2021 and I was being offered a FREE ticket to that event (FREE? How is it free if I have paid £2200) and that Tony is serving me so much more by giving me two events! I am a mindset coach and the video that was provided of Tony convincing us that the virtual event will be even better than the live one was full of hypnotic language and manipulation. Not impressed. To my mind the event in October has been cancelled and yet still I can’t get my money back and not can the hundreds of other people who feel they are being scammed. It’s so disappointing that somebody who is so highly thought of in the industry would behave in this way. Success Resources tell me not to worry, I will get to see Tony in the flesh one day! I don’t actually want to after all of this! 32 emails in 5 months and still no resolution!

Event was changes to a Virtual event…

Event was changes to a Virtual event after COVID-19. Somehow they think a virtual show is worth the same price as seeing it live. I dont see music artists selling concert ticket then sending you a youtube link to their greatest hits. This is pure greed and its disgusting.

Appalling!!! I WANT A REFUND. Lodging a complaint with consumer protection!

Appalling!!!! Refusing to give me a refund! I purchased two tickets ($2000 value) for the 4 day live event in Melb and they have now changed it to a virtual event. Virtual event will just simply not be the same experience, and as a consumer I should have the option to cancel and get my money back. If I wanted to sit alone in my house in front of a laptop, I will YouTube Tony Robbins videos instead, not pay $2000. On top of everything communicating with SRA has been ridiculous silly, receiving their replies 3-4days after my initial email. I have contacted ACCC and I have lodged a complaint with the consumer protection.

1 star as there is no 0 star option!

1 star as there is no 0 star option! Due to covid the event has been changed to a "virtual" experience. This is not what I paid for and despite multiple requeats for a refund I have been told no. Would never trust this company ever again.

If I could I would give this 0stars

If I could I would give this 0stars. Terrible customer service! My partner and I spent thousands of dollars on our tickets last year and we were so excited to attend this event we had heard so many amazing things about. Unfortunately with Covid 19 just like many other events the event was not able to go ahead as planned. While we expected they would offer us a refund (as every other event we had tickets to had without request) instead they announced that the event would be replaced by a 4 day virtual event -essentially a zoom meeting. This is worse than being forced to pay full price for tickets to the World Cup Soccer only to watch it in your living room on your own! That is not what we purchased and if we had known it would be a virtual event we would never have purchased tickets, especially at that price! What we paid for was the energy of having so many people all together, pumped up and excited. We paid for the chance to meet others around us who are also trying to improve themselves. We paid for the experiences (like the fire walk) which could never be recreated in one's living room. If they could why would we buy tickets at all? To add insult to injury when we requested a refund we were told they will not refund but in addition to the virtual event this year we would receive tickets to the live event in 2021. Again this is not what we purchased! We can't even attend next year if we wanted to as we won't be in Australia then and will not be flying back just for that! When we explained this to them we just received a generic email stating they will not refund us (and basically told to suck it up as they were giving us more value - even though what they are giving is not what we purchased). I am now at the point where I have told them if they refuse to refund our money I will have no other option than to escalate the issue to the ACCC. I have also joined the FB group and together we will recieve justice. It is disgusting that an organisation run by someone who portrays himself to be so giving and generous is ripping off so many people, especially while we are all struggling with the economic effects of covid. The only good thing is at least we have power in numbers!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been requesting a refund for the UPW Sydney 2020 event as it will now be virtual instead of a live event! How they think that not refunding people’s tickets is acceptable is beyond my comprehension. We clearly paid to see Tony Robbins live in person in a massive stadium, to experience the energy in the room, without distractions, to interact with people, to do a fire walk which I have never done and was so excited to experience. This was supposed to be a life changing even which we paid over $1700 for only to be told we now have to sit infront of a computer screen in our houses for 8 hrs a day without giving the option of refunding the ticket and allowing us to purchase it again when we can attend a live event. I have kids at home full time and the worst internet connection I will get absolutely no value out of this at all. It is completely unreasonable and unfair to give these generic responses and refuse to refund people’s money. I will not be letting this go that’s for sure, have already made a complaint through fair trading and the ACCC and have got a nice little group of people to approach a Current Affair with their disgraceful actions. If Tony and his establishment condones this completely unethical behavior, there is nothing I want to learn from him. Ps. Their generic emails and responses to reviews, which I am sure you have experienced just demonstrates the suboptimal company this is.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I purchase a Diamond ticket to Date with Destiny for April 2020 in Queensland. Understandably it was postponed, new date October 2020. Of Course it cannot be held. I have been given a ticket to the Virtual Event being held over the October dates and then was offered a 'complimentary' Gold ticket to next years Live Event (May 2021 in Queensland). Wait, I paid for a Diamond ticket, so why have I been downgraded to Gold and they say they are 'gifting' me a ticket when I have paid for it. T's & C's were sent AFTER we paid for tickets. They are refusing to issue a refund, despite many requests.

I was gifted a ticket to experience an…

I was gifted a ticket to experience an UPW event in 2019. I enjoyed the live experience, the atmosphere, the fire walk, the 'trade secrets', and seeing Tony Robbins live. So I purchased 3 tickets for $1729.36 for 2020 UPW. However, due to Covid19, the event is now being held virtually. Which is not what I or many .. many others..signed up for. The event promoters that is 'Success Resources' decided that the event is not cancelled. Instead they hold the price of your ticket for a virtual seminar. So, people paid to see Tony Robbins, do the fire walk (which by the way is a big part of the growth) and all the reasons mentioned above is not considered as cancelled. How is this logical? You are heavy promoters for this type of seminar to be held live? Come on now! You are not the only ones affected by the pandemic. I will never promote Success Resources and if I ever hear anyone speaking about Success Resources I will strongly advise NOT to purchase any tickets for your promotions ever again! If you resolved this by refunding the cost of the tickets to your customers that believes virtual reality is cheap emotions and not the same as a live event, THEN I would have considered buying future tickets. But NOPE, brand tarnished! Terrible for a company that boasts billion dollar sales and yet .. refuse to honour this one time refund under the circumstances. Shaking my head in disappointment.

GIVE US ALL A REFUND!!!!

GIVE US ALL A REFUND!!!!! I paid $9995 for an event that has been postponed twice now. I paid nonrefundable deposits on flights and accommodation twice now and I don't want to risk it and pay a third time. I have already lost this money so at least refund me the event cost that hasn't happened yet. A virtual event is not the same product. I have lost my job and need the money back desperately. I just can't believe that Tony Robbins and Success Resources would treat people this way. They won't even return phone calls or emails. I have got to every event for 20 years but will never go to another event again unless I am refunded.

Search "Success Resources tickets refund" on fb

We paid thousands for a live event this year in Sydney with Tony Robbins in September. Off course it is being cancelled because of the situation. Common sense would make you think you'd get a refund. We were going to attend another show with a comedian, this one got refunded without even having to ask. But for Robbins, they won't because they schedule a giant zoom meeting on the same day instead, so technically it isn't cancelled...so dodgy!! We would never have paid that much for a zoom meeting!! I lost all respect for Tony Robbins, I now understand how he makes so much money. And try asking for a refund on their Instagram or Facebook page, your comment will be removed and you'll be blocked. This isn't over, join the group "Success Resources tickets refund", it is growing day by day.

4 MONTHS LATER I GOT MY REFUND!

I have been trying to get a refund for over 4 months, the company are awful, but don’t give up! I bought tickets for the Birmingham show and they refused a refund, they told me “we are adding more value to your life so no refunds” even though I can’t access and online webinar and can’t attend another date.. I don’t even want to now! I finally got my money back, about 40 emails, countless phone calls for them to hang up, I threatened them time and time again.. soon as I said this will be going through my bank and trading standards they told me they were sending a refund, they never, so I emailed over and over again for the past week and finally today, I have my £1100 back! If they carry on refusing, DONT accept this! Go to your bank, request a chargeback and give them the details of your transaction. Most places say you have 120 days to do this but you have approx 540. (Section 75 chargeback, research it!) Make it an urgent dispute soon as possible!! Today!! Follow it through, report them to trading standards! It took me 4 months.. but I got it!! NEVER will I purchase through them again!

No refunds on a cancelled event.

No refunds on a cancelled event. Extremely greedy company shifting the blame on Tony Robbins, claiming the funds have already been released to Tony. Absolute robbery. Reporting to office of fair trading!

Don’t let them fool you

After two years of attendance at UPW and one year of UPW crew, Covid-19 revealed the truth about Success Resources. So I got ticket to DWD in Australia which got cancelled for the second time but no refunds policy. I also committed to Business Mastery which got cancelled too. There non- existent customer service got me few automatic replies and finally mid July after months of trying to get someone in touch with me, someone replied. I asked for T&C which are not available on website. I got in touch with Citizen Advice, and being advised to check their policy on cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, do u think anyone replied to my second request after I received invalid link? Exactly, three weeks on- no reply. This company is a joke. If u ever want to invest in Robbins’ event, I highly advice to purchase a ticket on his website. His company has refund fee policy at least, but Success Resources are just looking at hard core sales. So unemployed, with financial losses, delay on rents and bills, i got ticket to stupid event next year. Nevermind that one struggles now. Blind us with virtual event and four useless complimentary ticket for UPW. U think, I will invite my friends to this, are u kidding? Do not make the same mistake, Success Resource is just poor ticket reseller company. They should be ashamed of themselves and tacticts they use, including their sellers. Tony should be ashamed to have such company representing him.

Success Resources? More like Disgusting Sources!

TBH I don’t even want to press 1 star! The worse company and customer service EVER! I have requested a refund for the Birmingham UPW ticket 2020, already postponed and will definitely be cancelled again! The new date in October I can’t even attend due to work commitments. So what happened? My husband bought me a solitaire ticket for my 60th birthday on the 8/10 ( same year as tony Robbins for that matter and there the similarity ends! I have attended UPW before, Business mastery And recently saw him in Dubai, where a friend of mine was living. As I said it was supposed to be a special treat as first time round I didn’t do the firewalk and wanted to do something significant to mark turning 60. We didn’t pay for the business mastery as it was linked to something else, so we don’t have a lot of money, we’re ok and this was a big deal for my husband. We explained this several times to SR another simply don’t care. I know they can pay as they paid my friend who threatened to sue them and she was refunded in full for her ticket and her friends ticket as she paid for both. They lost their flights and hotel. We on the other hand haven’t received a thing. I want to know how is this possible. There is no way the U.K. is going to allow a meeting of 10,000-15,000 people anytime soon, absolutely no way! We weren’t locked away for the last few months to expose ourselves and others to what goes on in a TR event and this is what we all paid for. The product as well. It cost £3999 for that ticket and just imagine what we could do with that now. When my husband bought that ticket we were running 2 mental health clinics, once Langley for the elderly and one for children with disabilities, both had to close and like many it’s our only source of income. Our financial situations changed overnight. This is what hurts me the most a sots as if they don’t care. We continued as volunteers and giving free mental health sessions via zoom and yet we had a bill for £10,000 to pay the rent on the building we weren’t allowed in. You couldn’t write the script. We have fallen through so many holes expire being bona Fide hard working tax paying individuals all our lives. The honest always suffer while the SRs greedy con men continue to grow and fill their pockets in the suffering of others . I can’t see how this is legally allowed to happen. And I bet you they furloughed all their staff too on our taxes! ( excuse the spelling). In solidarity with all of you. And I know it isn’t the amount. Those who paid the lowest amount for a ticket likely saved up forever or used their savings. I am so sorry for each one of you and of course myself. Take care everyone and let us keep pushing for justice. Come on Tony, surely you’re know this isn’t right! I’m not interested in an online zoom UPW or any event thanks!

Refusing to refund $8000 for an event…

Refusing to refund $8000 for an event the continue to postpone (twice now and a third time is highly likely) rather than cancel which would require them to refund). They have online terms and conditions, so change them without you knowing. The event allows for full refunds only if you attend day 1 of the event, but they're not running the event so can't get money back. So many people in the same boat. All other industries and companies are refunding, travel, entertainment sector, but these guys think they're above the law. They are offering 'FREE' online events, but the terms and conditions say they'll deduct an amount from your original tickets if you attend these online events. There is a class action in the works and media attention coming.

Canceled tony robins even with no refund!…

My tony robins event has been cancelled in Sydney 2020 due to the corona virus. Just been informed no refund will be issued! And I cant attend in September 2021, I’ll be overseas with my husband for a big anniversary planned ages ago: I’m disgusted by how unfair and unprofessional this is! I’ve lost $2000 now. What can I do to take this further? Come on Anthony your a multi squillian air be fair it’s the right thing to do to refund your customers money 💰 You didn’t deliver the event you promised, You have lost many fans
