SuiteOp has been a great addition to our operations at Altura Corporate Housing. As we grew to managing four furnished properties in Fort Lauderdale, we needed a platform that could help us stay organized while maintaining a high level of service for our guests. We've been using SuiteOp to manage our short-term rental operations, and it's been a fantastic addition to our business. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, SuiteOp brings everything together in one intuitive dashboard, making day-to-day operations much more efficient. The guest experience is excellent, with a branded portal for contactless check-in, digital guidebooks, and upsell opportunities. The AI-powered guest verification and damage waiver process is seamless, while the smart lock integrations, property monitoring, and automated cleaning and maintenance scheduling help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. One of the biggest advantages is how many separate tools it replaces. Having guest communication, IoT device management, property monitoring, and housekeeping automation all in one platform has saved us time, simplified our workflow, and reduced operational complexity. It also integrates well with our property management system and has helped create additional revenue opportunities through guest upsells. Overall, SuiteOp is a powerful, well-designed platform that continues to evolve. As a housekeeper using SuiteOp, my experience has been pretty smooth and efficient. It makes it much easier to see exactly what needs to be cleaned, when a property is ready, and any special instructions without having to constantly message or wait for updates. The scheduling and task system helps keep everything organized, so I always know where I need to be and what needs to be done. It reduces confusion, last-minute changes, and back-and-forth communication, which saves time during busy turnover days. Overall, it’s made the workflow more organized and less stressful, helping me stay on top of multiple properties without feeling overwhelmed.
