I have bought many suits from Suits Outlets and they have always been of great quality. The prices are fair and the fit for my size is just right.
Disappointment in slow communication…
Disappointment in slow communication and lack of compassion. Recognizing I only had 30 days to return my pants I had sent MULTIPLE emails to address returning them. No one responded to my email(s) for request to refund so I paid for my own postage using the original box and sent it back to the company. Given the suit did not provide my proper pant size with the jacket I also purchased an individual set of trousers (unhemmed) that was the EXACT SAME STYLE as the suit but in my size. I attempted to return the OVERSIZED SUIT PANTS and I wasn't allowed to do so. After expressing my dismay that I wasn't able to return the pants I was offered the options of returning the pants that fit me (and, IMO, should have been offered as a size with the suit) or 50% of my pair of pants. All this after spending $15.00 to send my pants back and no response to my emails I am strongly advocating against this company. Quality: dependent on style and make. Great experience. Customer Service: Curt, unresponsive and abrasive. Shipping: Fast, reliable and SUITable for the garments being sold.

That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize. To clarify, our suits are sold as a set with a standard 6-inch drop (for example, a size 42 jacket is paired with size 36 pants). Both chest and waist sizes are displayed on the product page and confirmed again at checkout. This is the industry standard for ready-to-wear suits. While many customers find the fit works well, minor tailoring of about +/- 2 inches is often recommended. If the difference is greater, we understand the fit may not work for everyone. Because suits are sold and returned as a complete set, we’re not able to approve returns on partial pieces (such as only the jacket or only the pants). Had we known the situation when you first reached out on 8/18, we could have provided the right guidance and options before the return was sent. We do appreciate your kind comments on quality and shipping, and we’re sorry again for the difficulties you experienced.
