I guess when the suits are delivered I'm going to find out soon enough. One thing I would say there's room for improvement for is the size of the pants that come with the shoes like let's say for example waist size 44, length size 34 needs to be specifically included in the description.
Good fit, I received what I ordered, it looked just like the picture. I received it quickly.

I think it's absolutely absurd that you would charge an 83yr old man $15 to send a suit jacket and shoes back he ordered his correct size and it ended up being too big. So he would of liked to send it back and get a smaller size but the cost your charging for a return label is just plain wrong. I would like for you to just email him a return label at no cost. Also the customer service person was very dismissive and rude saying well ordered didn't so he should be able to send it back... Only I told him he was having issues because usually the return label comes with the order... So why was he getting smart with a customer unacceptable and if this is how you treat the elderly you should be ashamed if you as a company would like to do the right thing his order number is 903176154

This is now my fourth purchase from Suits Outlets. I have always been and continue to be impressed with the quality of clothing I receive from this company.
Was a little skeptical to order at first with all the scam sites out there. However, I read a couple of reviews and decided to go for it. Well, the suit was phenomenal, got multiple compliments, and even our photo taken for a magazine e while walking g through the airport!! Absolutely beautiful. I called customer service to confirm measurements and ordered a size up to be safe and then got a seamstress to tailor it. Great quality!! Highly recommend!!!

I recently order 2 collarless men shirts from suits outlets. I wished I had done my due diligence and visited their website prior to ordering. The Return Policy on their website (which I read) states " You can return any item that doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact and no alterations done. This is what I read online before ordering the shirts. Now they're telling me that a tag is on the shirt that states no return. When placing my order, I was not able to see a tag on the shirt stating, "no return". What company deceives their customer with this kind of tactic. The clothing on their website looks very cheap & upon receiving the shirts, the quality is not what I expected. I had to pay for shipping & upon calling customer service they just informed me that I also must pay for returning item for a store credit. Buyer beware this is not where you want to shop. What am I going to do with a store credit if everything on the website looks cheap. I was google searching men collarless shirt and the shirts appeared. Remember the old saying "haste makes waste" is a very true statement. Don't know how long the credit is good for but since it appears to be ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on their website that I would consider ordering for my husband; I'm stuck with a credit that I probably can't give away.

This is my second suit I have bought from Suits outlet. Great quality just make sure you get your general size, after taking it in for alterations it fits like a glove.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. No way is their true rating 4.5. Most of their collection is designed for "SuperFlys", but I found some traditional stuff with great prices. Purchased 8 dress shirts, a pair of dress pants and a sport coat. In summary: Cheap prices but....Horrible quality, horrible fit, and horrible return experience. It would appear they buy the "worst of the worst" on the close-out market and then put lipstick on the pig on their website. Believe me, it's an insult to pigs.
