Great Experience!
We used Summit Mortgage to purchase a new home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike Lattery was so great to work with. He was always available to provide guidance on the process and ensure that we were getting the best rate possible. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and he was always incredibly responsive, patient, and very thorough. Purchasing a new home is a huge process and can be very scary, but I felt like Mike had our back the whole time. Next time we purchase or refinance, Summit will be my first call.

I would recommend Summit Mortgage to anyone needing a loan. My experience with William Dukes, senior loan officer for Summit Mortgage, was very professional. Mr Dukes knowledge of the whole loan process and his ability to explain it my wife and I made us feel comfortable.
