Bought these for my husband since he's always talking about going back to 'the basics.' He loves them. Fresh, good quality, and the holder is way more useful than you'd think. Two in a box is perfect one for home, one for the car
Happy to hear yor husband likes our products!
Tabarak Allah. Such high quality Sunnah products.
Alhamdulillah! we're glad your happy with our products sister ☺️
My order was shipped promptly and they packaged the items really well. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the products I ordered (because the smell was too strong). The product not being to my liking takes away nothing from the great customer service.
Denise, we're happy you we're very satisfied with our fulfillment, in terms of the scents, all of our oils are 100% concentrate, so we usually reccommend applying it lightly, especially if you don't prefer stonger scents, thanks for your feedback though!
Thank you! hopefully we're able to satisfy you better so we can earn the 5 stars next time!
Gave me the wrong color, material and size is good but wrong color I didn’t like.
Salam Mohammed, It might've been a mistake from our end, please reach out to us to our email [email protected], mistakes like this are not common but do happen from time to time, we're happy to make it right though!
I recently purchased Ithmid Kohl Surma from Sunna Goods, and I am exceptionally pleased with both the product and the service. The item arrived well-packaged in a small glass bottle, complete with a beautifully crafted wooden applicator. The surma itself is of premium quality—pure, finely textured, and incredibly soothing to the eyes. Additionally, the customer support team was outstanding. I contacted them both during the ordering process and after delivery; each time, I spoke with a live representative who addressed my inquiries promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. I highly recommend Sunna Goods and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.
Sister Jannat, thank you for your lovely review, this really means alot to us, and it also motivates us to continue to serve with excellent standards, may Allah bless you!
Thank you for your positve feedback!
I love the clean, elegant smell. And its packaging and care of delivering the product is how caring and of the best quality you care for the customer. I just wish for the scent to last longer. But overall love it 🤩
Elena, thank you for your review! our oils tend to vary in terms of how long they last, you could always ask us for reccommendation if you'd like a strong, long lasting scent!

The items were well packaged and matched the description perfectly. Customer service was also responsive when I had a quick question. Awesome experience with Sunna Goods! 🌟 I initially ordered one thobe to try, and was so impressed that I ordered 2 more. The following week, I ordered 4 more - great quality, fit, and customer service. Plus, the brother threw in free oud twice 😊 Highly recommend!
The product did not match. The image provided online. The item received was much thinner than expected. Extremely THIN.
….. everything went smooth! Praise Allah (SWT).
