This is by far one of the best hair…
This is by far one of the best hair extension companies I've ever used. As a client for the past 20 years using hair extentions, I've tried various brands with my hairdresser. I've used well-known companies like Great Lengths and have been using Lux Hair on and off for the past five years.Unfortunately, the quality of their hair has declined significantly – it became tangled and felt like Barbie hair.
That's when my hairdresser suggested we try a new company and I ordered from Premier Hair Extensions. I'm so glad I did! I have somewhat thin hair, and using three full bundles gives me incredible fullness. The nano tips lay flat against my head, unlike those from other brands, making them virtually invisible and unnoticeable.
The hair quality is silky and remains that way even after multiple washes and heat styling. It truly is gorgeous hair! I'm excited to continue working with Premier Hair Extensions and to share my positive experience with my hairdresser friends!

It was okay
It was okay. I was expecting a little more hair. You can see the cap under it. I also had to pay an unexpected extra 10 euro import tax to DHL which was annoying

Hiya Mary,
Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear you were expecting more hair. We appreciate your input and will take it into consideration for future improvements.
Regarding the import tax, customs charges are determined by your country and are unfortunately out of our control. We understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating!
If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

This is my first time trying this brand, the extensions I received came in a neat package, color was perfect, the extensions themselves feel great but I have yet to try them and let you know how long they last which is typically what I look for, quality.

This is my third time ordering from this company, and I cannot find better Halo extensions from anywhere else. I am in Ireland , the delivery was so quick ! The price point is low for the quality that you receive. They are thick, the halo is comfortable, and the two extra side pieces are great.
They're sent with different optional sized halo wire that can be interchanged! I'm very happy with them and I will keep using this company!

Ah, thank you so much for your wonderful review! 💛 We’re absolutely delighted to hear this is your third time ordering — and even more thrilled that our Halo extensions continue to impress! 🙌
It’s amazing to hear the fit, thickness, and little extras like the side pieces and adjustable wire are making a difference for you. And quick delivery all the way to Ireland? That makes us smile! ☘️
We truly appreciate your continued support and can’t wait to look after you again for your next hair glow-up! 💕

Was not made aware in return policy of product will have to send back to New Zealand, which is costing double the price of your product.

Hii Neela,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the return shipping is costing more than expected. We haven’t had this issue before, so it may mean the courier company you chose was charging higher rates.
Happy for you to reach out to us via email to see how the team can help!
Thanks,
Superior Hair
The color did not match at all. I was going to return it and try a different shade but the company makes the customer pay for return shipping and does not refund/exchange until they receive it.
I will not order from them again.

Hii Felicia,
Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the color didn’t match. Like most companies, we do ask customers to cover return shipping, but we’re happy to cover the cost of sending the exchange back to you. We do need to receive the original product before sending out a replacement.
Please reach out, and we're happy to see how we can help,
Thanks,
Superior Hair

I was very impressed, even left a comment on Instagram. The hair is good quality, silky, matches my hair and reasonably priced. I will refer my friends.

This hair is trash. It was already frayed at the top and halfway gone when I got it out of the bag. I wish I never spent a penny on it. I was so embarrassed to even show it to my stylist.
