I’m someone who has worn clip in extensions on and off for almost 2 decades. I’ve tried all major brands. Quality of hair has decreased in majority of brands in past 5 years. I ordered 16” toffee balayage from Superior after reading reviews. I like the look and feel of them so far. The true test will be how they hold up after washing/shampooing. The color, although lighter than expected, blends very well with my hair caramel/sandy blonde/brown
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! ✨🥰 It means so much to hear from someone with so much experience wearing clip-in extensions. We’re so happy you’re loving the look, feel, and how beautifully the Toffee Balayage blends with your hair. We truly appreciate you giving Superior Hair a try and hope the extensions continue to impress you after washing and wear. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to helping you again in the future! - Superior Hair Extensions

The hair feels fine. Nothing special but not cheap feeling. The color is a little off than what I expected by the description

Being the longtime stylist and using several different methods of hair extensions, the butterfly weft works well for someone who can't handle a sew in or someone who can't have the tug of a clip on, I'm getting it caught tape, pulling it out the butterfly weft is amazing. The colors are true to to life, beautiful and very real. An installation is perfect and easy. The quality is up with some of the most expensive hair i have used on clients.
Thank you so much for your beautiful review! ✨🥰 It means so much to receive such wonderful feedback from an experienced stylist. We’re thrilled to hear our Butterfly Weft has been such a great solution and that you love the easy installation, true-to-life colors, and exceptional quality. Your kind words and recommendation truly mean the world to us. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to helping you and your clients again in the future! - Superior Hair Extensions

Thank you so much for your lovely review! ✨🥰 We’re so happy to hear your order arrived quickly and that you love the feel of the hair. Enjoy! - Superior Hair Extensions
Extremely happy with color length and bulk. Three packs is more than enough for full head I actually have almost a full weft extra. There was that slight smell that extensions have but after first wash (which you should be doing anyway) it was gone. We will see how shedding and length hold up
Thank you so much for your lovely review! ✨🥰 We’re so happy to hear you’re extremely happy with the colour, length, and bulk. We appreciate your feedback and hope you love wearing your new hair! Looking forward to your future order again, we’d love to help you. - Superior Hair Extensions
Nice soft quality hair but thought they might be a little thicker great for fine hair
Thank you so much for your honest review! ✨🥰 We’re happy to hear you loved the soft quality. We really appreciate your feedback about the thickness and will keep this in mind. Looking forward to helping with your future orders! - Superior Hair Extensions
Having issues ordering once it says it’s in stock but then after you pay then you are told it’s a pre-order.
Hi lovely, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to place an order expecting the item to be in stock, only to later find out that it is on pre-order after payment has been completed. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please know that our team will review this matter carefully and work toward improving how stock availability and pre-order information are displayed, so everything is clearer moving forward. For any future orders, we kindly recommend reaching out to us via email before placing your order so we can personally confirm product availability for you. Our extensions are very popular, and while demand can sometimes exceed expectations, our factory always does its best to increase production and keep stock available as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with, we’re always happy to help! -Superior Hair Extensions

The hair arrived fast, less than a week after ordering. It is SUPER SOFT and since where the hair is pulled through is thin when it folds it doesnt show and lays nice and flat. I am pleased, I hope it lasts, time will tell but I am very impressed. The color was spot on too.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! ✨🥰 We’re so happy to hear your hair arrived quickly, feels super soft, and that the colour was spot on. We hope you love wearing it and look forward to helping with your future orders! - Superior Hair Extensions
I am a professional stylist with more than 75% gray hair at the young age of 50. It is almost impossible to find beautiful high-quality extensions in shades that blend with my natural color. This is my 1st time ordering from Superior Hair, and I am thrilled to say, I love them! I ordered 3 packages in Light Gray and 2 in Pearl Gray, all 18" tape ins. They blend seamlessly with my hair, and they look and feel amazing! My only hope is that they offer these colors in the butterfly wefts in the future.
Thank you so much for your amazing review! ✨🥰 We’re so happy to hear the Light Gray and Pearl Gray tape-ins blended so seamlessly and that you love the quality. Your feedback means so much, especially coming from a professional stylist. We’ll definitely take your suggestion about butterfly wefts on board. Looking forward to your future orders, we’d love to help you again! - Superior Hair Extension
