I do not recommend Surety1 based on my experience. I paid them to file my FMCSA surety bond, and they charged my payment but never filed the bond with FMCSA. Because of their failure, my business was affected.
After taking my payment, they stopped answering my phone calls and never responded to my emails. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating.
If you need an FMCSA surety bond, I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable company. My experience with Surety1 was very disappointing.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I needed a process server bond with an original (wet) signature because the County Clerk would not accept an electronically signed bond.
After explaining the issue by email and specifically requesting a wet signature, I had to pay for a second bond. Unfortunately, I received the exact same electronically signed version again, which was still not acceptable to the County Clerk.
I emailed the company again asking for assistance, but I never received a response. Paying twice and still not receiving the correct document, along with the lack of communication, has been extremely frustrating.
I expected much better customer service and support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Horrible Service
I have been trying for weeks to get bond renewals and a new bond. They will not give me information on the phone and email me incomplete answers. I ask again and receive no reply.
I have repeatedly been sent invoices that were paid days to weeks in the past. It is impossible to reach someone on the phone.
