Surtix

About this business

Surtix is a secure ticket marketplace built to help fans buy and sell event tickets with confidence. We focus on transparency, verification, and reliable delivery—so buyers can attend the events they love without the usual uncertainty that comes with secondary ticketing. Our platform connects ticket holders with fans looking for sold-out or hard-to-find tickets, while putting safeguards in place on both sides of the transaction. Sellers are verified, listings are reviewed, and every order includes secure delivery and buyer protection. If a seller fails to deliver valid tickets as promised, buyers are covered according to our guarantee.Surtix supports both digital and physical tickets. Depending on how close the event date is, tickets may be delivered electronically or via trusted local couriers to ensure they arrive on time. Our goal is to balance speed, security, and clarity at every step of the process. We are currently in an early launch phase, working closely with real users to test the experience, improve the platform, and refine our processes. Feedback from buyers and sellers plays a big role in how we evolve.Surtix is designed for fans who value peace of mind as much as the event itself. Whether you’re buying last-minute tickets or selling extras you can no longer use, we aim to make the experience straightforward, fair, and dependable
