It at least got a couple things right

The UI itself was fine, but the software was atrocious. I submitted support tickets, and unless it was to upgrade my subscription, I was not contacted. In addition I had mass spam surveys submitted like I have never had in my history of all survey software and in order to prevent it you needed a corporate account which was again, a add on. Would not recommend. The only thing I liked was setting up conditional formatting (When it worked) and the end PowerPoint. I tihnk there is much stronger alternatives.

I became a customer because I genuinely believe in this platform's potential, and I've continued to invest in it by purchasing add-ons because I want to see it succeed. That's exactly why this experience has been so disappointing. Being asked to pay for a license simply to maintain a local testing environment while trying to troubleshoot something as fundamental as user confirmation emails feels like an unnecessary barrier on a platform that has already reached this level of maturity. What makes it even more frustrating is that it creates the impression that developers are being treated as a revenue source rather than as partners in the platform's growth. I truly hope this project reaches even greater heights because our success is tied together, but that requires empowering developers, not placing obstacles in front of them. It genuinely saddens me that an experience like this has led me to reconsider my Trustpilot review, because I'd much rather be writing about how this platform helps developers build great products than about policies that make solving basic problems harder than they need to be. Great customisation stuck behind payment

SurveySparrow seems to have a large amount of customisation options which is great for creating surveys, however a lot of them are stuck behind additional subscription. So, you will need money to make proper use of it. The free features are still decent but limited.

the service is honestly great. it has all the features anyone would need for service, whether it’s for simple freelancer needs or more complicated requirements for corporations. if i had to specifically point out something negative it’d be that there’s no free plan, but i guess tough decisions have to be made and -for the quality they offer- it probably wouldn’t be substantial to also have an amount of features given out for totally free. still really understandable pricing.
