User Interface - Quick, Clean, Simple

The product/service is spectacular. Out of the many survey SaaS sites I've tried, this is one of the best. The integrations offered are solid and it's easy to build out what you need. Most importantly, the user interface for the person filling out the form or survey is quick, clean, and simple. My only wish is that they had a more affordable monthly option for users who don't need many responses or are operating at a smaller scale. If you need a powerful survey platform, I'd recommend them as a reliable option.

Survey sparrow is my goto platform for creating all the forms, surveys, invites, etc for our business. It's user friendly features comes in handy for swiftly crafting customer experiences that benefit greatly for us and our customers. Also it's insights feature is really helpful for our data analytics team to gather information about how great survey questions are performing and what kind of people are interacting with our forms which is really useful for us, so that we can target and understand where our customers come from. Very helpful saas product, go for it!

Highly recommended and much more affordable than alternatives

Survey Sparrow has helped me with my user research immeasurably! I'm so glad I made this choice as I wasn't sure which platform to use initially. It's really easy to create surveys that don't overwhelm your participants, they offer many integrations - I used Google Sheets, you can even ask for a longer trial period! They have become my go-to and I will use them again in the future - I hope by then they will have expanded their integrations (like to AirTable or Notion) and have options for monthly billing.

Completely self explanatory I started with SurveySparrow and found it very easy to use. The organisation offerred me on several occasions support, but it was actually not needed at all, as everything found its way easily. I can highly recommend SurveySparrow as a survey tool

Survey Sparrow is fantastic! Customer feedback has never looked better! With Surveysparrow, you can create custom branded surveys that customers, clients, or anyone for that matter, will love to complete, all in a few simple mouse clicks. Survey Sparrow is game changer!

Simple to use, professional survey software

This is a very straight forward system for quickly making surveys, the whole system is fairly intuitive with simple to follow layouts. There are a good few templates aimed a lot at staffing and a couple for general business, although I didn’t find anything suitable for the computer industry so have to start from scratch. The software doesn’t have as many features as others I use and is a bit pricy compared to them. I do like the speed and security and the ability to add signatures and payments to your forms, there is a good deal of customisation available and plenty of branding options. I like the many integration features the system has with most of the well know brands like Google, Salesforce, Monday.com etc. You can also Send Transactional Surveys with the Share Survey API feature which is handy for bigger companies. If you need to make quick and easy to make professional surveys with loads of integration options then this is a good tool to consider.

I recently started using SurveySparrow to collect feedback on a variety of topics related to a big project that I am working on. I was apprehensive at first, as I had never used SurveySparrow before but I must say that it's been a wonderful experience so far! Not only is the UI amazing, the customer support has been top notch as well. From billing to helping with other questions and concerns, SurveySparrow has "flown" above other tools that I've used!
