I attempted sustained nutrition for several weeks and was primarily satisfied with the program. Food has a fresh taste with appropriated portion sizes per meal. Some meals were hits and some were misses, but most meals were ranked Good in taste. Delivery has been consistently on-time with excellent packaging. If one is looking for an alternative to daily cooking, sustained nutrition has something to offer.
The food is very tasty and I appreciate not having to think so hard about preparing and consuming healthy food.
Easy to order, large selection, and very responsive customer support.
The only I dislike is the new website. The old one was much easier to use.
