Swappa

Clear guidelines

Clear guidelines, high standards and quality service everytime so far. Have enjoyed finding 'old' phones on here for a fraction of the price as all the flashy 'new' ones. Makes it affordable to grab another nice model of my choosing when my children (or I) inevitably drop my phone at the perfect angel every few years to render it unusable/highly damaged. 🙄😅 I enjoy the free market ability to access devices across the board that are now unlocked that may otherwise be restricted to one carrier normally. My brother first introduced me to y'all and I have since spread the word to many more. Thanks for a better option than Amazon!

The Best used iPhone Site

I've tried other used iPhone sites and have been disappointed. I've used swappa twice now and both times have been great experiences. The iPhones arrived exactly as described and right on time. I will continue to shop swappa for my future used iPhone needs.

This is probably my 4th or 5th purchase on Swappa. After the order shipping was very fast and the phone performs flawlessly. Buying used and certified is the way to go.

Swappa just does it the right way

I’ve bought and sold a handful of times, always with consistently good experiences. My most recent purchase had an issue, and though Swappa staff did not get involved, the seller was responsive and solved the issue with a back up option just in case. I think that’s a testament to the standards that Swappa fosters and upholds. Well done!
