This site steals your winnings. They put a cap on your winnings when you hit 25 dollars if you haven't purchased on of their packages. I won 30 dollars and it was credited but when I played and was down to 27 I won 12 dollars but instad of 39 dollars I was taken down to 25 with some "limit" Then i stupidly played again and was up to 60 dollars not including the 12 that was stollen so my 72 was 25 . Customer service would not make it right even if I agreed to make a purchase. UPDATE REPLYING TO Sweep shark. You already blocked and closed my account and refused to give me the 25 that was in it. I was told nothing could be done. It's disappointing when companies don't put their customrs first, it was a misunderstaning as this policy should be more visible, i'm a senior so I can't always read all the muble jumbo. The basic thing is I want my 25 dollars and Sweepshark will not give it to me.

Im blasting you on every social media platform. I boughtva pkg and I were to get 25fp that came in said pkg. The first thing I did was try to redeem the fp. A icon popped for them I clicked on it and I was taking to something else so I contacted support and reported a problem.
