Tried to login with my email, it wouldn't let me. tried forgot password and it said no email finds. so I attempted to sign up. I always try to login first to avoid any duplicate accounts. I got a little message across the very top saying is this your second account please try switching account or whatever it said so I contacted support and I said yeah cuz it's saying I have two accounts but I've never played with this site before that I can recall. the agent proceeded to claim that that was a duplicate account and instead of assisting the emerging them or deactivating them they deactivated all of them and wouldn't even give me an opportunity to play. horrible horrible customer service definitely do not recommend

I purchased a package deal that came with 25 free plays . During which I hit for 20$ and was paid out 2.50$ when I contacted support I was told that in the small print that the reserve the right to not pay over any certain amount at anytime the feel the need
