absolutely shocking customer service. Under FCA rules, tabeo is obliged to provide a human to human contact telephone number which has been cut off. It is nearly impossible to resolve some account problems by e mail. Having to deal with computer generated responses is completely unacceptable

I was charged after I already cleared the loan. I then had to send an email instead of communicating over the phone to then be told it was an error and I will get a refund in 10 WORKING DAYS. Completely unacceptable
Very helpful got it sorted fast bit of a joke that it takes 10 working days for a refund when the money wasn't meant to be took out but that not the advisors fault
