Worst customer service ever been…
Worst customer service ever been sending numerous emails since 2024 they reply once but that's all and I have to keep chasing and still no reply. I have even put a complaint in October 2025 it's December now and now response. Not sure what to do and how to go about speaking to someone about this company. To top it off they took payment from an account I didn't authorise and haven't even responded to me about that or given that account holder there money back.

Quick application review
Quick application review Eugenia was helpful in quickly processing my application for dental treatment loan on the eve of Christmas eve. The loan is confirmed by an upfront payment commensurate with the scheduled monthly instalments. It is also nice that the duration of the repayment can be selected upon issuing the application (6 or 10 or 12 months). This will make the overall dental treatment more affordable on a monthly basis.

🚩THIS IS A 'BBC PANORAMA' JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN! ❌️No customer phone number to call and ❌️Wont accept Credit Cards (most-likely because of them being frightened of customers' higher protection). SOMETHING is off about this. I'll stick wi' mi rotten teef, fanx!
Tricky algorithm
Applied through my dental practice for a payment in instalments over the period of 12 months (which would have been a total of £700). I understand that I was not accepted due to low income as it was pointed out at the end of the application however they do give the option to “refer the finance to a friend”. I was happy about it as I had options. I referred my father and even though he makes £3k pm, he was not accepted for the same reason I wasn’t. I then asked to refer again but this time to my brother who makes more than £4k pm and was not accepted either. What kind of salary does one need to have to afford to pay £60pm? I find it very tricky as the option of paying the full amount does not require to know your salary and general background, they would just take the money and I strongly believe this is why they won’t accept finance option when they could just take all at once.

I received an email from Megan, she confirmed my loan application was successful. Initially I had to wait for my loan decision to be reviewed. This was due to a loan being agreed but having to be cancelled because the dentist didn't provide a quote for all treatment required, only part. Tabeo responded within a few hours stating my loan was successful. Very efficient, I am a happy customer, thank you.
