You came to my rescue when I realized I would be without any type of consistent table tennis practice during the COVID-19 containment period in mid March of 2020. You were able to arrange for me to purchase a table tennis robot which was shipped from California during a time when very few people were working and shipments were typically taking a very long time especially cross country. I used my robot daily for training with the goal of upholding my World Parkinson’s table tennis championship title that I earned this past October 2019. After daily use of the machine, it started working inconsistently and I eventually detetected a malfunction when the machine was in a specific modality. To my surprise within a few days I received a brand new machine to replace the broken one. Instead of having to wait for repairs that I was envisioning to be expensive with a long wait time, I am now enjoying the well functioning machine to help me practice for hours at a time. Thanks to TableTennisStore for making this happen.

We experienced excellent customer service from Ben plus, very competitive pricing. After much research online regarding what table to buy (as amateurs) and more importantly, where to buy it from, we talked with Ben and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient in helping with our decisions. His helpfulness and honestly drove our decision to purchase from the Table Tennis Store. Further, once our table was delivered, we noticed that parts of the playing surface had been scratched off due to improper packaging and shipping. We told Ben of the problem to let him know that we were going to contact the manufacturer for help but he took it upon himself to take care of the issue directly with the manufacturer. The resolution was beyond our expectations as was his willingness to handle customer issues. (Note that the entire process, research to delivery, was during the Covid crisis.) And, the fact that we are in Oregon while his shop is in New York had no impact on anything. We are thrilled with the table, paddles and balls recommended by Ben.
