We ordered a table for Christmas and the TableTennisStore personally drove to us to make sure we had our order on Christmas Eve! 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend!
Thanks so much for your kind words. We greatly appreciate. Ben and TableTennisStore Team
I placed an order for a pair of Joola Rubbers on January 4, 2025. After four days I received no emails on status of my order . I sent a email to ask for status of my order. It was messed up somehow and I was advise to place another order. I did placed an order on January 8. I haven’t received the email to notify me it has been shipped or not . I do hope they will let me know soon.
Dear Thanh Apologies. For some reason we never saw the first order. We will investigate this to make sure there are no duplicate charges. The second order we received last night and this is being processed. It will likely ship tomorrow. We will update you once we get the tracking. We will also include and mail some free protection sheets to help extend the life of the rubber topsheets you purchased. If you need to communicate further, please use our Chat Box on our website, as we don't hold Trustpilot in high regard, as they have erroneously lumped a few reviews from an unrelated website onto our account. Thanks so much! Ben
Ben and team are second to none. Tabletennisstore has been my go-to online store for years. Great prices, great service!
Ordered a racket assembly and Ben called me to make sure the racket was exactly the way I wanted it. I’m very happy with the customer service and will buy here whenever I need anything else!
TTStore has been my best supplier of all my ping pong need for 10years. I trust their advise whenever I have a question. Ben Nesbit is Mr. Table Tennis in the USA and Ben has done more to promote our game than anyone.
I placed an order #8732 on 29th Oct 2023. Since then its been almost one month. I haven't heard any updates for shipping, no tracking info. Sent emails to orders at tabletennisstore.us but no reply. I will not advice buying from this website tabletennisstore.us
Dear Rishi. We own the bad service on this one. Our apologies. We typically ship 250+ orders a week, and that tripled over the past two weeks. We missed your email a week ago. But responded to the last one. We will ship your table tennis paddle order, and refund the charges, so you get it for free. Thanks for understanding. Ben - Owner TableTennisStore
I have bought a number of custom blade and rubber combinations following recommendations from the owner Ben Nisbet. His fist piece of good advice was getting to move up from an allround blade to an off- one. The second was moving from some of Butterfly Tenergy rubbers to better value but still high performance Xiom rubber. I have seen some of reviews referencing to a “UK subsidiary” which sounds like a potentially disreputable copycat website since Ben’s company is only US based - the only genuine url is tabletennisstore.us Full disclosure that I know Ben well, and have played tt with him when I lived in the US (I am now back in the UK)
There is a UK version of this site online, everything replicated. This second site is a total scam taking money with fake address and telephone number. The US company should be taking responsibility and regularly searching their own domain to identify fake sites or scammers, and alert the authorities, but hasn't/isn't doing that. These scammers are using your products and prices and ripping lots of people off. Please do better from this point onwards. Buyers beware and don't purchase from UK site.
Dear Alice. We are tabletennisstore.us Your review is going to tabletennisstore.us We are a usa based company with very good service. We care for our customers. Your experience is not with us. We believe that you bought from tabletennissstore.co.uk. We don't know who they are, but they also uplifted our logo without our consent. And TrustPilot is allowing them to continue to use their logo on this website. We have tried to communicate with trustpilot, but they send us down rabbit holes. I would complain directly to trustpilot. and also here [email protected] Fasthosts is web hosting this company and they are UK based. They are allowing this activity to continue on their servers. Thanks for understanding. We can be reached at [email protected]. Ben
Bought online a table tennis 10 days ago. The day I bought it the payment was not going through, so the store got in touch with me, and everything was sorted very quick, although was a Saturday afternoon. Once payment confirmed, they emailed me to confirm delivery will be 3-5 working days. Since then, I haven't heard anything, item not delivered, all my attempts to contact them were without success. No response to my emails anymore, tried to contact them on the number provided on their website and number it's not recognised- so they have a fake contact number on their website I have checked first trustpilot reviews for this shop before placing the order and I was happy as very good reviews. Then, when I saw how quick they answer and sort out things, I trusted them. Now, I am confused, as I am the second person today to say that item hasn't been delivered and is no way to contact them. Are they scam? And if they are how come they got away with it and have so many excelent reviews on trustpilot?
Dear Leena We believe the Trustpilot algorithm has connected us a website that is not ours. It is likely www.tabletennisstore.co.uk. we are tabletennisstore.us. We have no idea who is running this website and why trustpilot has connected us to them. We are located in the USA. Our phone number is 914-873-0075 and our email is [email protected] We have not received an order from you as far as we know. Please give us an order number. Feel free to contact us. We pride ourselves on giving good customer service. We are not happy with Trustpilot either. We recommend you call or contact them directly by email. We also recommend that you contact your bank, cancel the order. Sincerely Ben - TableTennisStore
Wide range of products at reasonable prices
The custom built racket arrived quickly in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this website. Thank you.
I would definitely recommend this shop. My order arrived on time and the product are in good shape. Excellent service!
My order arrived fast. Was impressed it was sent out the same night even though I irdered late in the day and without extra shipping. Racket seems quality - I’m a beginner.
I live in Minnesota so was a bit apprehensive about buying a table from a place in New York. I'm glad I got over it. Ben was knowledgeable and patient. The table arrived when expected. We love it!
I was looking for a new paddle and Ben suggested an excellent choice which is working out great for me. He plays himself and is very knowledgeable about different styles and the appropriate paddles and rubbers
service, on time delivery, product knowledge, advice on table tennis matters - all par excellence... ...ben is just magnificent...would ONLY buy from him...
It was a pleasure to deal with this online store. As a first time purchaser I was able to save on a professional Timo Ball ALC setup with Tenergy 05 rubbers. The pro shop glued the rubbers for me and assembled the rocket very nicely. I highly recommend this pro shop for your table tennis needs.
