I love Tai jewelry
I love Tai jewelry! I first saw them at a gift shop while staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Cabo Mexico, I fell in love with their stud earring designs so I had to look them up and order more! This is a great site to shop for plus they ship fast. No hassle I got my dainty cross necklace and 3 pairs of earrings right on time for my next trip! Order from them and you won’t regret it! I’ll be a loyal customer from now on because of this! I love my TAI pieces!

Really beautiful website & jewelry is lovely
Really beautiful website, that is easy to navigate. I bought a few beaded bracelets to give as gifts and 2 for myself. They are so colorful and sparkly; I really love them. They look delicate, but I can see that they are well-crafted and stay firmly on my wrist. I will be coming back to TAI Jewelry again; I have my eye on other styles of their jewelry.

Jewelry broke within two weeks- Tai responded and sent a replacement.
Jewelry broke within two weeks. Crazy to have to deal with that on new jewelry that is not cheap July 28 update: TAI sent a replacement and it worked well. We did have to pay shipping to send the defective jewelry back. But glad to get a working replacement. Thank you

I bought earrings from TAI Jewelry and received great customer service. My first delivery never arrived and I did buy the insurance but was still worried the company would not be responsive. But instead they were very proactive in helping me and getting me the earrings!

I paid for expedited shipping well before Christmas and didn’t arrive until much later. When I called and spoke to someone about shipping specifically they insured me that it would be no issue. When I contacted them around 22 December when it still had not arrived, there was no answer for days no way to leave a message and no answer on email.
