Really amazing customer service. I messed up my delivery time and date TWICE but they still sorted it for me so last minute! Looked fabulous and my friend loved the surprise. Definitely would order again.

Amazing service and even better brownies! I messed up the timing for my anniversary order, but they fast-tracked it for free and it still arrived beautifully packaged and right on time. Definitely ordering again!
The product which was the caramel…
The product which was the caramel brownie’s were really nice. But on opening the package they had been squashed in transportation. I think a sticker on the packaging saying this way up nothing to be placed on top would hopefully resolve this issue and then I can award 5 stars.
Wife ordered me a birthday brownie from…
Wife ordered me a birthday brownie from here, ordered with no sprinkles due to my allergy. They delivered it with sprinkles and a day early so it says in the sun as they don't bother to wrap with anything to keep the cakes fresh. Upon complaining they said taste was subjective and offered a 20 pound voucher off the next order. Mental. Ignores allergens requests and won't even refund. This place is very dodgy I'd stay well clear. Disgraceful, will be contacting food standards.
The bakes were lovely
The bakes were lovely, I ordered a birthday cookie/ brownie box and they were yummy and looked great too. However, 4* because I paid for a specific date of delivery and they were delivered the day before. They were for my partners birthday which means they weren’t as fresh as I’d have liked them to be. We also weren’t home this day which meant they sat out in the sunshine.
Poor service and poor quality product
Did not arrive on assigned day, therefore was left out in sun when I wasn’t home. Item had ingredients added (sprinkles) that were not ordered as a topping due to husband’s intolerance to the colouring. The frosting was melted over the letters due poor packaging that didn’t keep it cool. Item tasted sickly and artificial. I complained about this order 6 days ago and I haven’t received a response. Very poor service would not recommend.
Phenomenal Brownies and Outstanding Service
I live in Canada and ordered a box of brownies for my daughter who is studying in Oxford for her birthday party. The brownies were delivered to her home in advance of the party. She was able to freeze the box until the day of the party. I chose 4 different types of brownies and by all accounts they were a HUGE hit!! The adjective used was "phenomenal". The brownies are a generous size too so a box of 12 served around 20 guests no problem. I highly recommend Tailorbakes!

Did not arrive on my specified date first of all. Customer service did kindly help and resend product to arrive next day (although it was for an anniversary which was obviously missed). However product arrived with writing smudged and messy and incredibly warm

Ordered a birthday cookie
Ordered a birthday cookie, specified before the 2nd of July. It arrived yesterday. So I guess, it's speedy delivery, I didnt actually need it for another 7 days.. Presentation ok but slightly underwhelmed by the size, especially for the price.

Great brownies delivered on time
I ordered a brownie selection box for a friend's birthday on next day delivery. I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking information, which made me feel a little uncertain, especially after reading some negative reviews. However, once I emailed them, they replied pretty instantly, confirming the order and the tracking information, and my order was delivered on time. They smelled divine and tasted amazing - my friend loved them!!

The order was placed being outside the UK and it went really well.
TailorBakes has the widest range of cookies, brownies, blondies and hampers to choose. It was really easy to choose the treat that I want, through the website and made the VISA card payment securely through their gateway. Ms. Aisha was in contact with me, whom I was able query about the order processing and delivery. The Brownies slab cake was delivered by the trusted Royal Mail service, which I was able track via a tracking link. The Brownies cake got delivered right on time, one day before the nominated date, which was perfectly fine for a birthday surprise. The cake was very delicious and it was carefully placed inside a cute box. I had placed the order currently residing in Sri Lanka, and the cake got delivered to the recipient in the UK as expected. TailorBakes was able to maintain the higher levels of trust all the time. Without a doubt, I can recommend their bakery service to everyone.
