I had also earned activation of their PRO+ account, their highest tier. On July 6, the day after returning from vacation (no trading since June 23), I was permanently banned for allegedly holding "coordinated offsetting positions with another user's account." I trade alone from home. I don't know that account holder and have never communicated with any trader about any trade. I disputed the decision four times in writing between July 6-9. I explained my methodology in detail, offered documentation and a trade-by-trade walkthrough, and gave a technical explanation of how standard two-sided scalping with resting limit orders mechanically produces the pattern their new surveillance system (Eventus, deployed April 2026) flagged — resting limit orders cannot choose their counterparty. I asked in writing whether they had tested and excluded that explanation before concluding "intent". They never answered the question. They refused, every single time, to show me one trade, date or time — citing their "Legal team" — declared the decision "final", and went silent. On July 16 they confirmed the PRO+ activation would not proceed, instructing me to disregard the automated portal reminders — an entitlement I had earned before the ban, extinguished without any explanation of its own. Their BBB (Better Business Bureau) profile currently shows 245 complaints and an active "Pattern of Complaints" alert. I have filed complaints with econsumer.gov (the FTC's international consumer complaint portal) and the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. As of July 16, TPT has confirmed the account closure is final and will not reconsider. If you plan to make prop trading your income: understand that this company can terminate a profitable relationship overnight, without showing you a single piece of evidence, and there is nothing in their process that lets you defend yourself. I've been coming back to takeprofit, but today was ridiculous. There should be no reason the market delays twice in the same session, and i've voiced my complaint on here before, hopefully i get a response

HORRIBLE customer service takes days for them to get back to you and then the response when they finally get back is "we are currently experiencing processing delays". I find it odd that there are times where they process very quickly but then all the sudden you get ghosted. this company makes buku bucks and can't process new accounts or reset accounts in a timely manner like other prop firms. what is going on here. i have left another review and then they responded asking for my email address but didn't leave me a way to respond to the reply.. (If you want a reply LEAVE a way for me to reply) The Take Profit Trader team needs to get it together or hire more people... this is ridiculous.

Take profit Trader is the absolute best in terms of rules and comissions. The comissions are the lowest I have ever seen on trades. I love the setup and believe if you are not using them you are missing out. Also their 50k account with no activation fee promotion is the absolute cheapest overall cost to funded you can find thats worth it.
