I have tried multiple prop firm, This is the best hands down ..it's a shame that it does not have a higher note ...everything is transparent no hidden rules..payouts on time .all the other prop firm trustpilot are polluted with fake opinion -this is on is the best I hope they continue

I had an open trade close to $900 in profit and couldnt close the position because of a maitanence break or technocal issue on your end. Not only was i not able to secure profit my account was disabled because the trade remained open and broke profit loss rules. It has been 3 days lost towards trading days required for my account to switch to pro and i cant get a response from the “escalation team”

The Key Facts: Unbelievable Official Response from Support:In their latest official email response, support explicitly stated that their determination applies: "regardless of whether the exposure resulted from execution timing, API latency, platform behavior, or other technical factors." They officially admitted that even if the violation is purely caused by their platform behavior, execution timing, or API latency, they will still wipe out your funded accounts, confiscate your $10,000+ earned profits, and refuse any replacement or refunds! Punishing traders and seizing earned capital for platform/API execution delays beyond the trader's control is completely unethical and predatory. I urge the trading community to be extremely cautious. TPT will blame platform API glitches on you and take all your profits! My account was unfairly closed and profits forfeited over a 0.1s execution latency flag! Support refuses a manual server log review and blames technical latency entirely on traders. Wiping accounts over an automated millisecond glitch is extremely unfair! Unfairly terminated 3 PRO accounts & wiped $10,000+ over a 0.1s execution latency glitch

Fast response time from AI when contacting support… super fast payouts… my only frustration is I got invited to a live pro+ account last Friday and I still haven’t heard anything back for the next steps or to start signing the onboarding paperwork and was just told Pro+ Activations are currently delayed.
