I left a review yesterday regarding a drawdown issue in the Pro+ Development accounts. I have since gotten a response via email: Dear Alexander, Hello! I understand that the current position of your drawdown limit might have caused some confusion, especially after your withdrawal request. The main rule we need to keep in mind is: your drawdown limit trails your highest End of Day balance at a fixed distance, but it never decreases (even if your balance drops due to losses or withdrawals). On a given end of day, the maximum profit peak your account reached was $396.42 (above the initial balance). As your balance increased to +$396.42, your minimum account balance (Auto Liquidation Level) trailed up with it. Calculation: $396.42 (Your maximum balance) - $1,250.00 (Drawdown distance) = -$853.58. This is why your liquidation level is exactly at -$853.58. You requested a withdrawal for the exact amount of your profit, $396.42. By doing so, your account balance returned to the starting point ($0 profit). Since your current balance returned to the initial point after the withdrawal and your liquidation level is locked at -$853.58, the current distance you have available to trade before hitting the drawdown limit (Distance Drawdown) is exactly $853.58. Please note that this example is specifically related to account *******, but it is the exact same scenario for all of your other accounts. Best regards, The Profit Team ... WHERE IN THE RULES IS IT STATED ABOUT THIS DUMBASS RULE? HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? Easy, well to understand rules for evals, and pro accounts. But as soon as somebody proves themselves and gets to the next level, you get punished with less drawdown to work with? I would like to know who came up with that idiot rule. Happy to remove both of these reviews if I get an actual response.
