While there are a couple of strict trading rules to follow, the overall experience is far better than with many other prop firms. Customer service is very quick and dealt with my questions. Initially, I talked to a bot to present my questions. And then a couple minutes later, I dealt with Jenn who was very professional and solved my issue. So far, I’m happy with my experience with TakeProfitTrader.

I'm genuinely sad to write this

I'm genuinely sad to write this, because TakeProfitTrader used to be one of my favorite prop firms and I always recommended them to other traders. Unfortunately my experience over the past month has been really disappointing. I have 5 live accounts that still haven't been activated, and it's been over a month now. I've reached out multiple times and I'm simply not getting any responses anymore — no updates, no timeline, nothing. As a trader, not being able to access accounts I've already qualified for means I'm losing real trading opportunities every day this drags on. I understand delays can happen, but a month of silence with zero communication is not acceptable, especially from a firm that used to be so reliable. I really hope TPT gets back to me and resolves this soon, because I'd genuinely like to go back to recommending them — right now this experience has left me feeling abandoned as a customer.

Outstanding Support and Fair Resolution

I had a unique situation where I passed my Evaluation on a Friday and activated my PRO account over the weekend before my activation credit became available. As a result, I was charged the $130 activation fee instead of using the credit. At first, I wasn't sure whether this situation could be resolved, but after my case was manually reviewed, Take Profit Trader refunded the full activation fee and handled everything fairly. A special thank you to **Jenn**, who took the time to review my account and resolve the issue professionally. Her communication was clear, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. This experience gave me confidence that when an unusual situation arises, TPT is willing to review the facts and make things right. If anyone runs into a similar activation credit issue, I'd recommend contacting support and asking for a manual review. In my case, it made all the difference. Thank you again!

Turning into a scammy business

Support is awful. I had a disabled account that I decided to reset for $70 on July 15th. I just passed the challenge today and would be trading a funded account tomorrow but they won’t let me move to pro because apparently there was a failed renewal charge on the account 5 days prior to me even resetting the account? Now I’m told I need to start over so 10 days of trading is just wiped clean? I even offered to pay the renewal if that’s what was needed but then they just issued a refund for my account reset before I even approved of them doing that. Sounds like they just are trying to do everything they can to make sure traders are failing and paying them more money. I likely will not be trading with them ever again. There’s other firms out there that are way better. Only was with them because the payout potential was the highest and so way DD. I should be owed a Pro account which they absolutely could do but instead I got a refund for my reset and notification that I just wasted the last 10 trading days
