Tpt was my fave prop firm at first
Tpt was my fave prop firm at first. However customer support has not been great and it’s getting worse. My live acct was liquidated Friday at 9:00 a.m prematurely at least that is what it says when I’m trying to place a trade but on the tpt dashboard my acct is still active. I’ve been emailing support for days and haven’t received a response only a response to say not to open multiple tickets. I wouldn’t have to open multiple tickets if I could get some help. I requested my acct to be reinstated or a refund and still no response. I recommended this firm to so many ppl in my trade group it’s unfortunate that I can’t get the help I need in a timely manner. its my belief that the reviews stating how quick customer support helps and solves issues are fake reviews cause customer support is not responsive or efficient.

My son bank account was charged 649.00 13 times for no reason. So im trying to figure out where his money at. I called they keep hanging up. I told him to lock his card for this day forward ( he only 18yr still learning the world) if there was away to upload a screenshot I would that shows 13 transaction back to back. One thing I do is keep receipts

This is a great firm, quickly response at my question and payout as they said faster that the others firm.
Super responsive in-person support Team
Laine and Kath were super responsive and took care of my issues with payout and an incorrect activation fee within a minute each time. I was able to sort out the issues and get back to trading in no time!! Moreover, TPT's new auto-withdrawal process works like a charm. I am able to lock-in my day's gains, verify my Wallet, and confidently re-start trading my PRO account knowing I can withdraw again tomorrow!! Team TPT is the best, keep on rockin'!!
