Cara and her team are phenomenal. The amount of helpful information that I learned in this course was priceless, very worth the money! I got my life back once my baby started sleeping after doing Cara’s sleep training. I love how she is so understanding of the emotional side of sleep training. It was hard for everyone and I could tell that Cara empathized with that.
The Jacky has saved our sleep as we transitioned out of the swaddle. We tried several transition sacks with no luck and learned we should’ve started with Jacky. Everything about it has been amazing so far, as we’ve been using it for about a month. I would also give Taking Cara Babies customer service 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful!
The b.e.s.t swaddle has been a complete game changer for our family. We have tried every swaddle under the sun and none even comes close to this one. It sticks so well which prevents my baby’s hands from escaping and allows her to get long stretches of sleep.
The newborn class is a MUST! Cara makes everything that feels overwhelming about sleep and schedules with the newborn stage and makes you feel confident and equipped as a parent. I love that everything is flexible and can actually work in real life.
I used the Taking Cara Babies newborn class with my younger son. It was easy to watch and gave me great strategies to use with my baby. My newborn experience using this class was night and day compared to how it was with my little one. I knew how to recognize when he needed to sleep, how to help him get to sleep, and how to flex when things didn't go perfectly. I had confidence and better sleep. I can't thank Cara enough.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taking Cara Babies was hands down one of the best investments we made as parents. It became our baby bible from day one and gave us so much confidence during those overwhelming early years. The sleep strategies helped both of our kids become amazing independent sleepers, and even now, years later, we're still grateful for the foundation it gave our family. Whenever people ask what baby product or resource was most worth it, this is always my answer. Helping our kids learn healthy sleep habits is one of the best gifts we've ever given them.
I used the newborn class, Navigating Months 3&4, and the 5-24 month class for both of my children, and it's the best investment we've made as a family. My kids sleep well, my husband and I sleep well, and ultimately, it's just a huge stress relief to not have to worry about a long drawn out bedtime every night or getting up all night long.
The ABCs class is okay in my opinion. It's basically a video course of the Ferber method book. I read the book and also purchased and watched her video course and didn't really think there was an advantage to her course.
