One of the best resorts that I’ve had…

One of the best resorts that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Everything from customer service to greeting to hospitality and food was exceptional. The facilities are all that one requires from gym to day spas etc. The manager comes and greets you on arrival that makes you feel welcome. The room we stayed in was right on the beach with a beautiful view. The food needs a mention. Awesome Malay food. They cater to your personal liking and always service you with a warm friendliness. We are a family of six and we all had a wonderful memoriable stay. I highly recommend this resort.

Brilliant!!

This holiday was booked for us through dialaflight and cannot fault them!! Arrived late in the evening (11.30pm) and met at reception with cold towels, cool drinks and, because the restaurant had now closed, sandwiches awaited us in our room. The stay continued - warm bath had been run and scattered with rose petals. The food was delightful, whereever you ate and the treat of Chef Anne was brilliant. Never eaten so much wonderful Malaysian food in one week!! Overall the staff were excellent and even when we did make a small complaint about the room uopstairs this was dealt with politely and quickly. Finally although our check-out time was 11.00am when reception realised that our car wouldn't be collectiung us until 6.00pm we were allowed to keep the room until then. The general manager was always there, but never conspicuous and the highlight - releasing the baby turtles (80) into the South China Sea. Highly recommended. Beach brilliant. Rooms, wonderful. Food delicious. Staff, superb.
