The task was not completed satisfactorily. The assembler arrived two hours late, and the quality of the work was not optimal. The cabinet and drawer doors were not properly aligned, the light installed unfinished, requiring additional work.

I was getting emails with updates and so I was well informed who was my tasker. My tasker also contacted me right away and did an excellent job assembling my shelf. He made sure everything was assembled properly and was stable. I am very satisfied.
After confirming task it was showing 27$ per hour. But after the task finished it showed and charged me 38.5$ something per hour. Which is misleading!!!

Simon - very knowledgeable, nice, engaging and patient.
Simon came in time, but did not know how to use the buzzer to come upstairs.
The biggest problem though, was with your site. I was not able to contact him or anybody else before the appointment.
Every time I clicked on chat, I was prompted with the same home page, asking me to choose the kind of job I need.
So, I could not contact him ar all, to give him the buzzer number.
To be honest, the fact that I had no way of calling/chatting, confirming the visit, made me think it's a scam site.

The guy was on time. Did a very nice job. Assembling well executed and fast.
He was polite.
Price is affordable. I'll use again if i need.
I paid Ikea 82.00 for assembly by Taskrabbit. One fellow came and assembled the bed but would not assemble the drawers unless I paid him more money as it was not listed on his phone to do so. I declined. He promptly took the 45.00 insurance money. Most unhappy with him. Then a second fellow came, who was wonderful (mixup somewhere) and finished the
job. Would like to give him a tip but not sure how to do that. I would also like my 45.00 back as I was here when he came and this amount that Taskrabbit insists upon when a transaction is made is for insurance that there is no problems.

Hamid , who did the work I wanted done , knew what he was doing & did it well . As far as Taskrabbit , I think it’s a great company to deal with & so easy to find & set up a repairman of my choice . It’s a one stop shop , so to speak , to find who is qualified to do a needed repair . 👍’s up all the way .
