After months of other ED products I ran across Taurus and I felt it was different. They called me back with questions that addressed my concerns. The telehealth appointments are good and the providers are great. They remember me from time to time so that's awesome. The things I recommend Taurus work on is the communication. The chat will go unanswered for weeks and months... you have to call or email support. I recently had a telehealth appointment and the email link to join didn't work, there was no "upcoming appointment" listed in the portal. I was lucky enough that the Dr. Just called me outright. I've gotten emails where you say to schedule my own appointment on the app. There's no where that I've found that has this feature on the app or website. So some clunky app/website/chat issues could be fixed and it would REALLY help the company. The partnership with Quest for bloodwork usually works great. So that's a good thing. Everyone has really busy lives and I think that a way to step it up a notch would be to have proactive emails / texts sent out when the patient's prescription is about to run out. Reminding or even offering to schedule the next blood draw or telehealth. Thanks for the treatment so far.
This company has charged me 800 dollars. I can not get them to stop sending.. There product did not work for me.

So far so good, package came as described very easy to understand. I have started my protocol and look forward to the positive results I know I will have. I believe it was 4 maybe 5 days after ordering I had my shipment, it came packed in a white styrofoam case with two ice packs, all the info and instructions as well as the alcohol swabs and the syringes needed. Very nice
This med does exactly what is claims it will do for men. I was able to achieve morning "tree" and it was thicker and very firm. Not much has worked for me over the years and when it did I didn't have the arousal to follow through IFYKYK. Go for it...this might be the one to give you back your confidence and have better sex or in my case "have sex again" No joke!
If i could give no stars i would. They have billed me for 8 months with no services no medications no nothing. Dont sign up as they will just charge you for nothing. They claim its a subscription service but that provides nothing. It just allows you to become eligible for a script. Bullshit.
