Fantastic coaching. Shah was able to walk me through multiple different aspects of real estate. From buying my first investment property, to excess proceeds, and tax liens. Definitely worth the expense to have his experience behind me. Takes away the doubt and fears of making mistakes in the complex world of real estate.

My experience was made great by Mr. Roy Voeks. He took us, my wife and I, through the process of evaluating land, and other properties. We discovered many processes that help us determine viable properties. Mr. Voeks has an easy way about himself which makes for excellent learning situation. Tax Lien Code is a very helpful and insightful educational company helping in tax lien, tax deed, and other real estate investing strategies. I was blown away by the presentation from Matt Davis during the 3 day event and then purchased my first tax lien actually several the following 2 day event led by Nate Lystrup. To go even further I requested mentorship with Roy Voeks who is my coach currently. He has helped me acquire my first 3 properties through tax deed auctions. I'm very thankful for the opportunity and would refer anyone serious in exploring this industry to go to these events and become part of the TLC team.

I have nothing but high praise for Roy, my trainer. On our first meeting, he took me through the process of finding a Tax Lien sale in a state and county. Then showed me how to do the due diligence on evaluating liens to bid on. Explained the bidding process and gave me some really good pointers on how to win the bid. With his guidance, I placed my first bids in the county I selected on May 12th. The sale wasn't until June 1, but I didn't want to be late. I only wanted to win one Tax Lien being my first time. I selected the amount I wanted to invest and then selected Lien values just under that. Made the deposit for the max amount I wanted to spend so I wouldn't wind up with any more Liens. I submitted 22 bids. I actually purchased the sixth Lien I bid on. I couldn't ask for a better trainer. If you do decide to join Tax Lien Code, you might want to consider asking for him specifically to be your trainer. You will not be disappointed.
