I signed up for the Advanced Training with Craig Mitchell. He was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He taught me techniques that I feel will make me very successful in my real estate investing journey. I plan on passing on my knowledge to up coming investors.

Kiara Calderon has always been very helpful in helping me out of challenging situations. She seems really nice and cares about her customer's satisfaction and results! However I'm not as happy as I'd like to be with "Tax Lien Code." Lots of great information; yet for the price we paid, they really should have provided us printed notes; especially with respect to setting up an LLC on Montana or maybe it was Wyoming. Yeah, I think it was Wyoming. Yet, it would have been a far better experience had they provided a printed copy of that material! I seriously was taking A LOT of notes but printed copy would have brought far more value to the class and its students!
I have had a great experience with Roy Voeks. In 5 sessions he's trained my in the nuances of tax liens, tax deeds and wholesaling. Roy is a valuable asset and I'm glad to have found a new friend and mentor.
I attended a 90-minute presentation about tax liens and tax deeds. During the presentation, we were told that purchasing a software program called Marketplace, which costs $39 per month, was necessary to research and purchase tax liens and tax deeds. However, what was not disclosed was that the basic subscription only allows you to research up to 50 tax liens or tax deeds per month. To conduct more extensive research, you must upgrade to a significantly more expensive software package. Based on the presentation, I purchased their three-day training seminar for $997. The seminar was presented as a comprehensive course that would teach participants how to use the software, provide one-on-one guidance to develop a personalized investment plan, and prepare attendees to begin generating passive income through tax lien investing. After returning home, I researched the company and discovered a large number of customer complaints. I also learned that many former attendees describe the three-day seminar as primarily an upsell event designed to pressure customers into purchasing additional software and training packages costing at least $25,000. None of this was disclosed during the initial 90-minute presentation or before I paid for the seminar. In my opinion, these sales practices are misleading and deceptive because important information about the limitations of the software and the true purpose of the seminar was withheld until after payment. I requested a full refund the next day I purchased the three-day seminar, before attending the course. Despite my prompt request, I have not received my refund. As a result, I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company and pursue a chargeback.

I recently completed a Real State wholesaling course, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations, Mr. Shah Bahadur was an outstanding instructor who explains complex concepts in away that is easy to understand and apply.
