Amber was an excellent customer service and sales person. My initial order I had decided would not work for my situation and she was incredibly patient. In addition, I was able to special order something else from them and it works beautifully. Thank you guys so much for your patience! I love the teak bathmat
I love the teak bathmat. However, there was no care instructions and when I called customer service they had a VM that said they would return a call in one business day and never did. SO, I'm not sure how to care for this expensive mat.

Amber provided excellent customer service and it was through her efforts that I decided to order the product. We like the product although it isn't a 100% perfect layout of the bathroom but almost perfect. There is one board a bit long. Otherwise, it was excellent.
